Yes, it doesn't matter which two meals you replace and which you consider healthy
eat a mixed-food meal.

How long does a shake keep you full?

This question can only be answered individually and differs from person to person. The shake should fill you up for about 4-6 hours. If this is not the case for you, you can try drinking the Shapefood Shake with 3.5% milk instead of 1.5% milk. This ensures a longer-lasting feeling of satiety. This does not significantly reduce your weight loss effect.

Is the Shapefood Shake something like a protein shake?

Since Shapefood contains approx. 20 g protein per serving, this helps to cover your daily protein requirements on a calorie-reduced diet. Shapefood is officially referred to as a "meal replacement product", since Shapefood contains not only proteins, but also many important vitamins and minerals and the main goal of intake is weight and fat reduction.

I get diarrhea and stomach ache after drinking the shake, what can I do?

Diarrhea and abdominal pain can be symptoms of lactose intolerance.
Try drinking shape food with lactose-free or plant-based milk. As a result, the shakes contain significantly less lactose.

Is Shapefood lactose-free?

No, the Shapefood is not lactose-free. If there is a lactose intolerance, shape food is usually well tolerated if it is mixed with lactose-free or plant-based milk.

Can I just drink the shake without eating anything?

No, you shouldn't do that. Shapefood (except for Shapefood Start) is composed in such a way that you should also eat one healthy mixed-food meal per day to cover your daily requirement. If you only drink shakes, you take in too little energy, your body falls into a "starvation metabolism" and your fat burning stops.

How much sugar does the shake have per serving?

Each shake contains about 15 g of sugar. The main part of this is the milk sugar (lactose) contained in the added milk.

Can you eat shape food if you are pregnant or breastfeeding?

We do not recommend a calorie-restricted diet until you have given birth and weaned your baby. During pregnancy and breastfeeding you need enough energy because your body is in a state of emergency.

We are a Hamburg company and have been developing and selling meal replacement products for over 20 years. It all started with the increasing number of overweight and obese people in Germany. Hat mein bauchfett super abgebaut

Vor 29 Jahren habe ich erfolgreich mit dem pulver abgenommen. Pro Woche 1,5 Kilo und nur da wo das Fett sass. Immer wenn es mal wieder nötig war, eine 3-4 wichtige Diät gemacht. Ich habe vor 4 Wochen wieder angefangen um den leidigen Winterspeck weg zu bekommen und bin begeistert, da ich in der kurzen Zeit so gut abgespeckt habe. Toll ist das sich sehr fit füllt und nach den ersten harten Tagen kein Hungergefühl mehr verspürt. Ich nehme das Shake mit Erdbeergeschmack seit 3 Wochen und bin mehr als zufrieden. Obwohl ich nicht ganz so diszipliniert dabei bin, habe ich dennoch 5,5 Kg abgenommen.
