The start phase is optional, but recommended. It serves as a kind of "kick-start" for your weight loss process, as it ensures that your carbohydrate stores are emptied, which means that your body then gets its energy from the excess fat reserves.

The start-up phase lasts 2 days . Shapefood Start is taken 5 times a day , 3 hours apart. You should not eat anything during these 3 hours. Non-caloric drinks such as water, unsweetened tea and black coffee are allowed.

Preparation: Mix 3 level spoons of Shapefood Start powder with 200 ml of low-fat milk (1.5%).

During the weight loss phase you lose your excess fat. The duration of the weight loss phase depends on your goal. If you just want to lose 5-10 pounds, you can do it in 4-8 weeks. If you want to lose more weight, the weight loss phase will take longer.

During the weight loss phase , you replace 2 meals with shape food and eat a normal mixed food meal (see graphic). You should not eat anything for 4-6 hours between meals. Non-caloric drinks such as water, unsweetened tea and black coffee are allowed.

Preparation: Mix 2 heaped spoons of Shapefood powder with 300 ml of low-fat milk (1.5%).

Once you have reached your desired weight, you can easily stabilize and maintain your weight with shapefood by replacing one meal with shapefood per day .

Not only the taste of Shapefood is unique. The composition is also very different from other meal products. Due to the low proportion of carbohydrates and fats, Shapefood specifically reduces your body fat.
